With 42 classes each week and certified Bikram Yoga Teachers, our friendly, spacious, comfortable and nurturing studio is a welcoming place for you to learn yoga, get started on a new health regime, or continue to improve your Bikram Yoga practice. Our yoga practice room is huge (2300 square feet) and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art heating, air purification, air flow, humidification, and anti-microbial flooring (no carpet). All classes are a 90-minute Bikram Yoga Class and each class caters to the beginner and can challenge the advanced. For good results, practice 2-3 times a week; for life-changing results, practice more. A yoga mat, large bath towel, and water are required. If you don’t have them with you, mat and towel rentals are $2 each. We sell a variety of drinking products. New students: please arrive 20 minutes early to meet the teacher and fill out registration prior to the start of class. Classes are held in a heated room. Wear tight-fighting clothing that wicks away moisture. Avoid wearing cotton and long pants. No perfume, cell phones, glass, or pagers in the yoga room please.

Take the 30 Day Challenge! It’s the perfect way to get started or accelerate your practice. Bikram Yoga is changing the world, one challenge at a time. The challenge requires that you complete 26 classes within a 30 day time frame (one day off per week). All you need to do is commit to the practice and within the scope of 30 days, you will improve your health, change your body–and your mind! Whether you are suffering from a physical illness, chronic pain, or mental blockages, the persistent practice will give you a stronger body. The concentration that it requires to keep up the practice will give you greater discipline, focus, and a stronger mind!
Take the 60 Day Challenge (Super Start Your Practice and/or Accelerate Your Progress) Just like Page Williams on Oprah.com / O Magazine. Complete 52 classes in 60 consecutive days (one day off per week). Your life, your body, your mental attitude, your confidence… will dramatically improve. How you eat, how you sleep, and how you treat others will also change for the better!
