Groupon usage at Bikram Yoga Tempe
The following are our most frequently asked questions regarding Groupon purchases and usage. We will also be answering any additional questions on our Facebook Page and on the comments section of our Groupon Deal Q&A page.
Q: Am I eligible to use the Groupon?
A: The current Groupon is for students new to Bikram Yoga Tempe as well as students who have not practiced at our studio within the last 12 months. If you do not meet that criteria then you do not qualify for the Groupon. If you are not yet eligible but will become eligible during the time frame the Groupon is active you must wait until the date you become eligible to schedule your class.
Q: How do I check to see if I have been to Bikram Yoga Tempe?
A: You can call us at 480-777-0939 and we will check if you have been here before and if so how long it has been since your last visit. Please note that we may experience a higher than usual call volume and you may reach our voice mail. If you do please leave us your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Q: I want to buy a Groupon as a gift, how do I know if the recipient has been to BYT?
A: If you are buying a Groupon as a gift, please check to make sure that the recipient is eligible. Call us at 480-777-0939 to confirm. Please note that we may experience a higher than usual call volume and you may reach our voice mail. If you do please leave us your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Q: How long do I have to activate my Groupon?
A: A Groupon purchased 9/25/12-9/27/12 expired on 12/26/12. A Groupon purchased 2/11/13- 2/13/13 expires on 5/13/13. You must activate the Groupon on or before the expiration date.
Q: How do I activate my Groupon?
A: You must make a reservation for your first class. Click Here to book an online reservation. Please make your reservation at least 2 days in advance to allow us time to process the request and send you a confirmation email. If you don’t have access to our website, please call us at 480-777-0939 or email email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help. When you make your reservation, please have your Groupon handy so that you/we can retrieve the ID number and confirmation code easily.
Q: Why do I need to make a reservation for my first class?
A: You only will need to make a reservation for your first class. We limit 5 first time Groupon students per class.
Q: I have the 30-Day Groupon from September 2012 and didn’t activate it before it expired on December 26th, 2012. Can I still use it or is it expired?
A: Unfortunately, your Groupon is expired and cannot be activated for the full 30 days. We will, however, honor a $29 credit towards our two-week intro for $25, and you’ll have a $4 credit on account you can use towards water purchases, towel/mat rentals, or retail purchases.
