Cholesterol Down… Without Changing Eating habits – Easy to Committ to Bikram
I wanted to write you a short note to say Thank You. I have been practicing Bikram Yoga since July 2007 (introduced to me by my girlfriend Linda Liu, Thanks Linda). I practiced solidly 3-4 times a week and without changing my eating habits, my cholesterol went from 238 to 200 and I lost one dress size.
I love coming to class and see improvements every time I practice. I love feeling rejuvenated after class & the hot shower. Bikram Yoga is the BEST!!
